Já à algum tempo que queria comprar uma (mas esta não fui eu que comprei).
A Gymball é uma grande bola em pvc, que existe em várias medidas (penso que 3 - esta é de 65cm) e ajuda a tonificar o corpo, a trabalhar aqueles músculos que mais queremos e, claro, a perder aquelas gordurinhas que ganhamos durante o inverno. Esta bola vem com um DVD, que mostra como fazer os exercícios, desde o aquecimento, treino, até aos alongamentos. Quanto ao preço, não é muito caro, porque inclui o DVD - 21.99€, na SportZone.
E a partir de hoje, vai haver exercícios de tonificação cá em casa! :)
